Position Summary
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. We need someone who is data-driven with impeccable relationship management skills. You will have a dedicated book of clients and you’ll drive direct impact on our business by helping your clients transform how they work with fourplace system.
You’ll play a vital role in the client experience by gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges and helping them to solve them through our tool. This requires empathy, attention to detail and a consultative approach to client relationships. You’ll also need to be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data as well as bringing it to life for clients, who are often top executives.
What will you be doing?
- Driving adoption of fourplace within assigned book of business
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
- Delivering product training sessions, providing insightful technical answers, and recommending creative ways to get the most out of fourplace.
- Creating custom reporting from client data to help them analyze business trends and make strategic decisions
- Defining and monitoring product usage to optimize time to value
- Help other functions across the organization to deepen their understanding of the product
- Working cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and work towards mutual goals
- Being the voice of the customer to the product and marketing team to identify gaps and potential features
- Understanding the technical intricacies of a client’s configuration — feeds, API, FTP, tracking
- Reviewing client’s performance relative to their goals
- Acting as the go-to technical resource for product-related questions and issues, both internally and externally
- Acting as a liaison between the client and engineering on a project basis and lead client calls to provide updates on project statuses

Marketing Automation Manager
The Marketing Automation Manager will guide fourplace during the creation and optimization of lead nurturing, lead scoring and automated marketing programs to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the marketing automation development phases including: requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration, process optimization, and advanced administration.
